1、 Equipment Overview:
The mechanical static load test device is used to test the mechanical static load capacity of electric vehicle power supply equipment, AC/DC charging piles, low-voltage metering boxes, and other products. This test device includes a cabinet, a frame, and a placement platform. The placement platform is equipped with force components for loading the measured metering box; The force application component includes an X-axis moving component, a Y-axis moving component, and a loading cylinder; The mechanical static load testing device includes a torque loading component set at the top of the frame, which includes a torque motor, a lifting shaft, a cross frame, and vertical arms at both ends of the cross frame. The device has the advantages of accurate loading force, simple operation, and efficiency.
